What AnchorPay does

AnchorPay helps buyers and sellers transact with a deposit held until goods are exchanged. If something goes sideways, you can challenge the deposit and follow the dispute flow.

Initiated → Pending → Released (or Challenged)

Raise a challenge if goods aren’t exchanged as agreed.

Common fixes

I can’t sign in
  • Double-check email spelling (try searching your inbox for “AnchorPay”).
  • If you created an account recently, check your verification email.
  • If you’re stuck in a loop, try a private/incognito window and sign in again.
I don’t see my deposit
  • Make sure you’re signed into the same account that created the deposit.
  • Give it a moment after creating it, then refresh the Home page.
  • If someone sent you a link, confirm the deposit ID in the URL looks correct.
Why is my deposit still “pending”?
“Pending” means the deposit is still being held. It can be released after exchange, or challenged if there’s a dispute. If you’re the receiver, you might also be waiting on an approval step depending on the deposit state shown in your Deposit Detail page.
How do challenges work?
If goods aren’t exchanged as agreed, the sender can lodge a challenge from the deposit detail page. The other party can respond, and the matter can move into review depending on the workflow. Keep screenshots, messages, tracking, and anything else that supports your claim.

FAQ

Can I cancel a deposit?
If the deposit is still in an early state (before it’s fully held/confirmed), cancellation may be possible depending on the exact status shown on the deposit detail page.
What should I include in a support request?
Include your email, the deposit ID (from the URL), what you expected to happen, what actually happened, and screenshots if you have them.
Do you offer phone support?
Not at the moment. Email is the fastest way to keep a clear audit trail for deposit-related issues.
